From Tennessee…to the Smoky Mountains…to Montana and numerous points in between, David “Chico” Fandl has built conventional and custom cedar log homes for NASCAR celebrities, CEO’s, and local families since 1996. He received his Journeyman Carpentry certification from the Department of Labor in 1988 and is a licensed GC in Tennessee and Virginia.
David was chosen by NASCAR celebrities Richard Childress and Mike Helton for his quality craftsmanship and keen attention to detail for the construction of their custom cedar log homes. He was also recognized as “Builder of the Year” in 2006 by Coalescent Technologies, a national defense firm and is qualified to meet your commercial and/or conventional home construction needs.
He and wife Marsha, an Affiliate Broker Realtor with Town & Country Realty, recently completed an all-exclusive/restricted cedar log home subdivision located near Central High School. Haven’s Ridge is the first of its kind in the Tri-Cities with beautiful lots in a country setting ranging from .5-acre to 1.5-acres (+/-) and marketed by Town & Country.
David is a member of the Greater Kingsport Home Builders Association.
